Our staff consists of competent personnel with the proper skills for a particular area of focus. Our management and technical staff is steadily involved with continuing education and updated certifications and training.

Beginning with the design team, we have licensed personnel that are Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) that are nationally recognized by Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) certified in the communications industry. Our technicians are certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET) and BICSI. The XSI management team undergoes extensive training through project management programs to promote a well organized and successful project for our clients. Technical staff and field personnel are trained on all systems through NICET and BICSI to address any issues that should arise in the field.

XSI provides system needs to a variety of customers, primarily focused on large commercial and industrial projects. From Distribution Centers that range from One Million to Two Million square feet, Manufacturing facilities, or Multi Story office complexes. We have the ability to self perform installations for any project of any magnitude, whether it is local or national.
